#12303 Videos, and alpha progress
1 year, 1 month ago

I have 3 videos on Youtube now that shows glimtses of Glyphin. Here:

The work is progressing nicely, and I hope to have my first public alpha ready real soon.
There are a bunch of things left to fix first, but the are all minor.

The biggest obstacle to great software is lack of motivation. Motivate each other!

I really like the attention to detail, like the mouse integration / controls (click on file name to open, dragging screen splits around, etc.) and the smoothness of the scrolling.
One thing that I would be interested in (not sure if it was in the keybindings list already) is word navigation, like emacs and vim have.

Thank you for the nice feedback!
I have not given navigation so much attention yet. But I will likely have something more then just pure step moving in x. For now I only have that and jump to start/end of line. If it will be word navigation or something else I am not sure of yet.
